REFUND POLICY

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases, except for items that arrive defective or damaged. For more information on defective products, please refer to the section "Defective or Damaged Products" below.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take great care in inspecting and packing every order. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please email us at contact@mahinajewelry.com with the following:
β€’ Clear photos of the defect or damage
β€’ Your order number
β€’ Description of the issue

VERIFICATION PROCESS

Upon receiving your report, we will analyze the photos and information provided. If we confirm the item is defective or damaged, we will:

1. Send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. This label must be used to return the item to us.
2. Process your refund within 3 business days after we receive the defective product.
3. Refund to your original payment method.

Please note: The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time.

Claims submitted after the 7-day window or without sufficient documentation may be declined.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return (in cases of verified defects), the item must meet all of the following conditions:
β€’ Unused and in original condition
β€’ In original packaging
β€’ Returned within the timeframe provided

IMPORTANT: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery to ensure it meets quality standards. Any issues must be reported within the required timeframe.

Our rings are listed in standard US sizing. If you already know your US ring size, you're all set!Β

Please measure carefully before ordering, as all ring sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be provided for rings ordered in the wrong size.
