SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Hawaii Time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Options We offer the following shipping options via USPS:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days after shipment
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days after shipment
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Tracking Information We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery time estimates begin only after your order has been shipped. You can track your package through the USPS website.
Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. For information about returns and defective items, please refer to our Refund Policy.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
